How long does it take to get paid? - BACS transfer can be paid within 1 working day if you select express order. BACS transfer is processed within 5 working days via faster payments method if the express method is not selected. PayPal is processed within 2 working days but will carry receiving fees. Cheques will take up to 10 working days to arrive as they're reliant on Royal Mail to be delivered as well as additional time to clear
(busy periods like Christmas may take longer for cheques to arrive). For the fastest turnaround and most hassle free payment, we highly recommend BACS and PayPal.
How long does it take for you to receive my gadget? - Freepost can take up to 10 working days as it goes via normal first class. We just pick up the tab. Courier and Premium Collection takes 1 working day. We can also do Saturday collections for those who work during the week. Please note that most of the time sending your gadgets Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery will usually work out cheaper and not require you to wait in all day for a courier.
I changed my mind. / Can I cancel my order? - Sure you can. In the event of a cancellation, all you need to do is log into your account and cancel your trade-in order.
If we have already received your gadget and its been tested and graded for significantly less than original quoted, then we will ask for return payment to be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer for its return to you. If you have used our free post service, we will be asking for this to be paid in addition to the return postage.
Will I get the amount quoted? - As long as you're honest with the
grading questions, then yes you will. A full explanation of how we grade gadgets
can be found in the details of each gadget listing to be traded in.
